This website has been established by the Save Lucklawhill Community Action Group.

We are a voluntary group that was formed by concensus on 26 th February 2024 with the purpose of stopping the expansion of Balmullo Quarry as notified to Fife Council by Breedon in February 2024.

A key aim of the Group is to research and make available information to the community which will assist them in objecting to the proposal in a way that will be accepted by the planners.
 

The Group will also organise public events to provide the community with opportunities to demonstrate their opposition to the proposal.
